Who still configures PC's with a corded keyboard and corded mouse? Why HP does.
This is my 3rd Envy All-In-One to go with a Spectre notebook and a Pavillion notebook. My HP's have been sturdy and reliable. When my Envy-23 seemed to be slowing down, I realized that it was 9 years old! So, I expect this PC to be as sturdy and reliable as my other PC's. I'll just have to invest in a wireless keyboard and mouse.
I am very satisfied wih MyHP. I have been an HP Customer for over 25 years. Other products some times sound better but after further research my HP products win out in my mind.
nice all in one computer but I couldn't give it a 5 star review because it came with a wired keyboard and a wired mouse. We bought this to get rid of the clutter associated with a desktop computer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great computer, great power for the price. The only thing I've noticed that I don't like is the fact that it sounds like there are a million fans inside the computer. So LOUD!
Don’t buy it worst computer making noise all times
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Yassir,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had a less than stellar experience thus far. I can imagine how frustrating this must be. I assume you are referring to noise coming from the fan, which is generally an overheating issue. I can assure you that we build our devices with the intention of providing a reliable experience for our customers, so here are some suggestions:
I'd recommend checking out this link for troubleshooting help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics?category=computing There, you can choose "Computer is slow" to get help with overheating concerns.

I will also mention that HP products have a warranty from their purchase date, so you might make use of it if you need to. To verify the warranty, look for an icon on our support site labelled “Check Warranty Status.”
