My wife is an avid baker, and the GE Profile oven heats to the exact temperature setting, as gauged by our separate oven thermometer. This is important when baking bread and pastries. The stove top is easy to navigate and clean, no dial clutter.

GREAT MISTAKE!

I actually ordered the wrong stove, but it was a great mistake! I thought I ordered the "drop-in" model, but instead got the "slide-in". I had to take out the drop-in supports, but it "slid" right into place without a problem. I love the features, the digital display is well lit and easy to see. I have "belly dialed" while leaning over the stove, but the lock-out option takes care of this problem, as well as allowing cleaning without turning on the elements. I haven't tried the AirFry setting yet, but planning on it soon.

I’ve only had this range for a few weeks. Happy with the controls, have used the Air Fryer and works well. Since it’s the middle of the Summer with 98deg+ temps. I’ve not used the oven as yet. The only down side is the glass top is hard to keep clean. My last electric range was ceramic top which was easier. I’m sure I will get used to this new top. Overall I’m happy with my purchase

Love this oven!

We’ve had this range for about 3 weeks now. So far it’s been great! The stovetop has so may options and different configurations to fit pretty much any pot or pan you might use. I love the “warming zone” on the back of the stovetop—it’s great to keep things warm when cooking multiple things at the same time. I also used it to proof yeast-bread. The oven itself also has seemingly unlimited options, and I like that it has hi and lo broil settings. The remote feature is cool. You can use the app to select which baking option you want to use, preheat the oven, and adjust the cook time. Two things I don’t love: 1) the remote feature seems to only work on one device. So when it’s connected via WiFi to the app on my phone, it can’t be connected to my husband’s, and it’s kind of a chore to disconnect and reconnect. 2) the stovetop can be hard to clean because I’m so terrified of scratching it and once a spill has dried it can be tough to clean without a Brillo pad—so if there’s a spill you need to clean it right away. Overall it’s worked great for our purposes, it’s a huge upgrade from our previous oven, and we’ve joked that if we ever move we’re taking this oven with us!
