WORST EVER

I purchased this stove / oven about 2 years ago and was excited about the no knob feature etc. This stove has been a complete nightmare and in my opinion it is an extremely dangerous product. The stove turns on randomly when anything touches the button-free controls. Examples. I was simmering a pot of soup with the lid off and happened to be standing near the stove stirring when a bit of water flipped out of the bowl landed on the control and turned it up to full blast. If I had not been standing there it could have gotten dangerously hot and caused a serious problem. I have also seen this happen when I'm spraying it with Windex to clean it. I read one review where a woman's stove suspiciously shattered overnight and I suspect this may have been the cause. The slightest things can turn on these controls. My only advice don't buy this stove but if you already have one lock the controls lock the controls lock the controls. But that's not going to help you if it happens while you're cooking like it did with me. This has happened many times and I regret spending the money on this stove and would never buy another one like it.

Severely dissapointed

I just had this stove installed and the key pad is already malfunctioning. I will be calling for service. Total operational time one day!

Flawed dangerous design

I love the look of this, however, there are some design flaws. When cooking, liquid can splash from pots and pans onto the control panel and turn on and off burners. This is extremely dangerous. You also need to make sure the liquid is completely wiped off the controls or you cannot turn the burners off.
When working properly the surface cooks evenly. The oven works well in the air fryer feature is nice.

Potential safety concern with touch pad controller

I bought this 3 months ago and cannot clean what looks like burn marks under the touch pad controller. I cannot get under the touch pad to clean it so I wonder if this is a controller hot spot since we use this burner the most. After reading about the sparking that occurred on another customer’s review, I am looking at returning the stove as soon as possible. I don’t want that to happen and worry that we have a potential safety issue for my family.

Safety issue

The TouchPad is way too sensitive. And it cannot be locked when the oven is on. If you happen to brush the controls, and you have a potholder you just used on the top, you could start a fire!
And why won't my dog even be in the same room when the unit is on? Dogs know things ...

The stove top and heating controls are fun and easy to navigate! I was especially wanting, and are now enjoying, the plate warmer to have my food stay warmer after serving.

Steam Clean a joke

I’m giving this one star in hopes to get people to read this. If you love your old self-cleaning oven that basically leaves some white ash behind to wipe out, DONT BUY THIS STOVE! The touted “steam clean” is awful. And the new air fryer feature makes a huge mess of the oven that the steam clean won’t touch. Sorely disappointed
