First, this is a gorgeous stove. Love the look. Imagine my dismay, however, when I learned that it is NOT SELF CLEANING! I am in my 70s and climbing in an oven is not my idea of fun. It does have low temp steam clean feature, but I have doubts and reservations. I wish I had known up front. When I saw lock and clean controls I believed it would lock and clean! Not everything is new and improved. It may become an expensive storage cupboard if the steam clean is inadequate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The stove with all its features is the most modern we have ever had. I must admit in the beginning it took a little time to find out all the things possible. All our friends that stop by admire the sleek design and we recommend it to anyone that is in need for a new stove.

This ranged replaced another GE profile range that was 13 years old. It has a lot of the same features. But what we like about it is the fact that it is Wi-Fi and we can control it from anywhere in the house. We love the convection bake and convection roast and we do convection roast with the probe quite a lot. Pork roasts and like come out so tender and juicy. As this is a slide in range do you need to make sure it will fit all our cabinets with a perfect size the only issue we had was the electrical connection. The location of the electric was not in the middle of the wall but towards the side. So when we slid the unit back it wouldn’t go all the way back we have a 2 inch gap so plan on that before you order and get it moved if you want a very nice looking slide in range.
