It does not bake evenly when you put in 2 trays for cookies. I thought a convection oven was supposed to bake evenly. I used the stove top for the first time yesterday and I didn't spill anything on the stove and I went to clean it with your cleaner and it still has marks on it. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry the performance of this oven hasn't met your expectations. Having your foods bake unevenly can ruin a dish and we'd hate for this to continue happening. Please make sure the probe is unplugged and removed from the oven. It's important to make sure the oven controls are properly set as well. You can find instructions on doing this in the Cooking Modes section of your range's Use and Care manual. Here's a link:

Responsive heating elements and intuitive controls. Only issue is that range does not come with a printed instruction manual and need to use Wifi phone App to use Air Fry feature.

Great Features - Lacking Burner Size

This oven is almost too smart. There are some features it requires you to connect to Wifi to use. My only complaint is there is only 1 large burner. Last night I went to boil a pot of water and brown meat and realized there was only 1 burner large enough. Other than that, it has been a great purchase. The air fryer works really well.

I love the style of the range. I love there are no knobs and it makes it easy to clean. I do think the air fryer should be able to be used without having to go through connecting to wi-fi, especially since it isn't working through the wi-fi.
