I love this stove!

This stove looks great. It looks well built. I enjoy cooking, and, how it works it's very importan to me. it does not disappoint. I like the many opinions to control heat. The oven works like any other good oven. Bakes good.
I have been experimenting with the air fryer and the more I use it the more I like it.
The stove fit perfectly in the stall. It was also a tight fit for the old stove.
It's took me a few uses to get adjusted to use the controls but I see it as a good problem to have. Sometimes I would accidentally turn the oven off when trying to turn off the timer but you learn quickly lol.
It does everything that my old Kenmore Limited Edition did plus a few more things.
Some things this GE stove does it better and the experience is nice.
I like it that the controls are on the front and not easy to activate. However. Even if you accidentally turn on a burner it will not heat up unless you set the heat. If you don't set the heat it will shut off. There are also other features that won't let you forget because it will be complaining until you shut it off.
It's a very nice stove, good looking and performs very well. The only thing is that the display is hard to clean the grease off with just a soft towel and water. It leaves streaks, but this is first world problems.

Short Circuited!

This was the 2nd range that we had to have installed. The first one was plugged in for 3 days, never used as we had a kitchen remodel taking place - and the computer board short circuited. The replacement was quick but has me concerned that the quality of computer parts may be an issue in the future.

Don't be fooled - NO Self Cleaning Mode!!!

Dont be fooled - this oven does not have a self cleaning mode! What range in 2024 does not have a self cleaning option!?! GE claims it has a steam cleaning - but it's for "light' soils and dirt. What a joke - would have never bought this model if I would have read closer and checked in detail! Buyer beware :(

Great Range

The range seems very good. Everything works well. The touch control panel is very easy to use. I am short so I tend to push the buttons when I’m cleaning the cooktop but otherwise easy to use.

Pet turn on the burner

My cat jumped onto the fingerprint pannel and accidentally turned on two burner... it's so dangerous. Is there any way to lock the power when nobody at home?
