I love the looks of the stove but disappointed in how hard it is to keep the cooking surface clean. It’s also supposed to be fingerprint resistant and I’m always wiping the handles off because of fingerprints. The most thing I’m disappointed in is you have to have a specific WiFi to use the air fryer. The WiFi we have doesn’t work with it. Wish someone would of told us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features, can't Connect to SmartHQ

We purchased because of the great features as advertised but we can't take full advantage of all features because we can't get it to connect with the SmartHQ app. I've been in contact with GE support at least four times over the last two weeks with no success, even though my case#0052639126 has been escalated. The tier 2 support hasn't been helpful and is slow to respond when I provide results of their suggested troubleshooting tests. I'll call again this week.

The only thing I can complain about is that the fifth burner is a warmer, not really a burner.

Problems with using all the features. Requires 2.4 internet hookup we are 5.0 so have to get our internet provider involved. We have not been able to use Air Fryer or Frozen features because of the WiFi hookup problem.

Don't be fooled - NO Self Cleaning Mode!!!

Dont be fooled - this oven does not have a self cleaning mode! What range in 2024 does not have a self cleaning option!?! GE claims it has a steam cleaning - but it's for "light' soils and dirt. What a joke - would have never bought this model if I would have read closer and checked in detail! Buyer beware :(
