Love the temperature probe for the oven

A bit leery to give more stars than 2. Just got the stove 2 days ago. I did notice some pitting in the glass cooktop. Just in a few spots. Used it yesterday for the first time and the burner is already scratched and you can see a circle where the pot was. I used the cleaner and a glass cooktop scrubber. It is not burned on food. I liked the way the burners performed but had an older model and the glass cooktop is still perfect. Tried to add pics but was not able to.

I had a GE convection oven for 20+ years and it was a great oven. So when getting a new oven, I decided to stick with GE. But this oven is not the same quality. Very disappointed. Although it has great features, there is no self clean, only steam clean. Steam clean does not work as well as self clean. If you get any baked on grease it does not come off. So you have to manually clean the oven and racks. My oven wasn't that dirty either. I had only used oven itself maybe a dozen times. So this feature needs to be used immediately after you notice any residue inside the oven, once it's baked on its will not come off with steam clean because the temp is not high like in self clean to burn it off. This could be stated in manual to use it frequently or as soon as you notice any residue for best results. My old GE convection with class cooktop had self clean and it cleaned it perfectly every time. I do not understand why GE would make an oven at this level with no self clean.

Top Marred After First Use!

We finally had our remodeled kitchen to the point on being able to use the new oven/stove. After making dinner, it was noticed that the two eyes used were marred from the cookware! I did not slide these pots around other than the slight movement that likely occurred when stirring the food within. The other pot didn’t even get stirred or moved as it was simply boiled water for pasta. Very disappointed that this occurred the very first time it was used. Very frustrating to have a brand new beautiful kitchen and this top end range to now have it look like this after one use. Plan to use the oven tonight, so hoping that works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great. Impossible to keep clean!

I love the features and functionality of this stove. But it is the worst appliance I have ever owned when it comes to keeping it looking clean. Everything is a glossy reflective surface. Every fingerprint or sneeze particle shows up on this stove, and then smears when you clean it. I wouldt recommend it.

Run away range

The burners like to turn them selves on and then eh control pad is not responsive, so we have to unplug the unit to get it to turn off.

Poor quality.

Controls randomly come on without touching. We have to lock out to make sure that burners don’t start on their own.
We’ve had this range for only three years and now the large burner does not work at all

TERRIBLE DESIGN

The range cooks just fine BUT the design is terrible. I'm 5 ft tall. The controls are on the top of the oven & I apparently lean over them. As I cook, I'm constantly turning burners and the oven off & on or the temp up & down. If you are short I DO NOT recommend this range. I've messed up an entire dinner by accidentally turning the oven off. There is a control lock but when it's engaged everything turns off. Also, the back burner has already quit working after 3 weeks.

Great name brand. Slide in feature not for me. I kept hitting the buttons on the front with my stomach while cooking. Trading in for a freestanding, controls in the back.
