Terrible support

Some features are not working as expected and have been unable to get any support for questions about them. Automated phone and online systems just give runaround.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Range looks great and works wonderfully. Make sure you buy a power cord when you order this stove. Who knew stoves don't come with a power cord?

Great range and functions but can’t believe the finger print protection is on the frame but not on the handlebars it’s something unbelievably stupid, make an appliance and promote that feature but not in the part you touch the most
