Range done right!

Having other higher end ranges this one fixed all the issues with competitors. I guess you get what you pay for. Like having controls angled on the top vs. towards front, where you can accidentally turn on a burner by bumping into the range. The combination of convection, airfrying and baking covers everything you will ever need. So happy we upgraded!

The front controls and left side burner sync are great to have. The iPhone app makes it easy to manage and to check whether you left something on. The air fry is a really nice add on. Have not had it long enough to test the steam clean.

A great upgrade and a lot of features

I replaced an old GE Adora that was probably 20 years old with this new, slide-in oven. I was looking for something with new tech features, but looked like it belonged in the house. I debating going one model up to induction, though I decided not to because this was still a very nice unit. My partner and I cook a lot, and now in the pandemic stay at home, it has been fun to try new recipes and cooking methods. We like the air fry (potatoes especially), that we can roast a squash in like 20 minutes on convection roast, and the sync burners are inspiring us to do more griddle cooking. A few features that I absolutely love: that you can see the food easily without opening the door, the lock controls (it helps during cleaning), the quick set burner tricks with multiple options for size of pan, quick boil, and the fact that the controls are at the front. Even the little sounds are cute. It's so easy to clean the glass top, and looks amazing! (I haven't yet tried the self clean or the steam clean feature.) We will finish out some kitchen countertop upgrades and backsplash next year, so having a cool appliance helps set the tone for functionality and style. I joke that if we move, I'm taking this with me!

The features come with this range is amazing. Here are the top ones I love: (1) Touch control, no nobs. This makes the grease cleaning really easy. (2) Wi-fi/Bluetooth connection. This wipes off worries for a person like me who forgets (3) Airfry without need of preheating wait (4) Both front burners are size-flexible. not just one.

I WANT TO LIKE THIS STOVE

I REALLY WANTED TO LIKE THIS STOVE HOWEVER THE ONLY THINGS I LIKE ABOUT IT IS ITS SLEEK LOOK AND IT DOES COOK FASTER THAN MY OLD STOVE. I WAITED 2 MONTHS TO GET THE FIRST ONE AND IT DIDNT WORK, HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 MONTHS. THE AIR FRYER FEATURE IS NOT WHAT IT CLAIMS TO BE. THE STEAM CLEANING FEATURE DOES NOT CLEAN AS IT CLAIMS. OVERALL NOT VERY HAPPY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful, clean look

We have had this range for about 2 months and I still have not been able to get the air fryer to work. You must download an app to your phone to activate the air fryer which is a pain. Every feature should work right from the buttons on the range itself.
A couple of the burners are slow to heat up so we use them last if we need that many burners going at one time. The cooktop is difficult to clean. Granted, I can be a messy cook, but I like to cook and use the cooktop almost nightly. My pots and pans are by a reputable cookware company and are less than 10 years old, but they are already starting to put tiny scratches on the top. Since the controls are at the front of the range and touch-activated, we really like the "control lock" feature.
The oven cooks at a true temperature. I have not had to adjust cooking times because food is under or overcooked. Overall, we really like this range, but one of the reasons we bought it was for the air fryer component and that has been very disappointing.

Not so smart appliance

This oven would have 5 stars except that it restricts some features to wi-fi only. Exactly how smart is an appliance if I can't use certain cooking options when I'm standing in front of the oven pushing the buttons. But no, I have to connect to wi-fi in order to air-fry or convection roast. That's really stupid.
