POOR DESIGN - must pay svc call to clean

..If you regularly use your stove, at some point you will have a spill over to clean up... There is an opening all across the back of this with an open vent and a crevice that spillovers will seep into. If something spills into the vent (which is most likely to happen at some point) you have to pay for a service call to have a professional clean it. If you don't really use your oven much and want a really nice looking one, this one looks great, but for functionality, I don't recommend this at all.
~ and no I haven't spilled anything yet~ and hopefully not ever. Its brand new so I'm thinking about exchanging it.

I appreciate how smoothly this range operates- everything is pretty intuitive. I like that it has a Control lock feature. The stove top is easy to clean. You do have to be careful to not touch or lean on the burner temp control while cooking so you don’t accidentally turn it up. Overall it is the product we were expecting and we are happy with it.

Very nice product. Touching the screen to switch between burners, seems to have a delay. I have to push it repeatedly. Otherwise, I love the stove.
