Can’t use the air fryer and it dumb I should not have to have internet
Whoever relied you can delete after downloading is incorrect if so provide information and teach the team answering the phone how since they said this model requires internet

While you do have to connect to Wi-Fi to download the Air Fry feature, you can disconnect after the feature has been downloaded.

Nice unit….constant cleaning

It’s a nice unit. I wish I could give it a 4.5. Thought the digital controls would be difficult but it’s just different. Make for precision temperature.control on the stovetop. That said the control panel area is tough to keep clean. With all the touching and regulating you get a lot of fingerprints. Constant cleaning is required to keep a nice clean looking appearance..

Fire hazard

This stove is a fire hazard. Too easy for a person or a pet to bump the control panel and turn on the burner. My dog almost burned my house down today.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We take your situation seriously, and we’d like to look into this further. We can advise that model PSS93YPFS does have a Lock Controls option, which you can activate so pressing the pads doesn’t activate the controls. You can press and hold the Lock Controls pad for three seconds to lock or unlock. This is discussed on page 11 of your manual, which is linked here: https://images.salsify.com/image/upload/s--qM9QHGZM--/9f005e7d6f2c5a48f1c5b769d23f0b65631a8895.pdf. The model also has indicator lights to let you know if an element is on or the surface is hot.
