Close to Perfect

I have been pleased with my purchase but extremely frustrating that you have to connect your appliance to the internet in order to use the roasting or air frying option. I don’t want my appliance connected to the internet. What’s the point?!?!

It’s just okay.

This range works fine. Burners work. Stove works. It’s fine. The lock feature on the control panel is a MUST. If you are cooking without locking it, you’re likely to change the heat of a burner. Or accidentally turn off the stove. Likewise- if you’re cleaning the top while it’s unlocked, you could easily turn something on by just wiping the panel. The air fry feature is a big reason why I wanted this…but it’s extremely slow to heat. Timing-wise it’s pretty much just as fast to bake something. Finally, all stove settings seem a little on the low/slow side. So if I’m wanting a low heat, I put it much closer to the middle of the heat possibilities. It takes a LONG time to preheat oven. So plan ahead. Overall, it’s just ok. I like that I can turn on the oven to preheat from my phone. I haven’t used that feature yet, though.

But we do hate to hear you feel the Air Fry is too slow, are concerned with the settings and believe preheating takes too long. We know issues like those may be inconvenient, and we regret that you’ve had these concerns. Your feedback will be sent to our team for review.
The Air Fry feature on this model is not meant to require preheating, and we regret that you feel it takes too long to heat. As you feel both the Air Fry function and preheating are taking too long, you may want to make sure the range is installed at the proper voltage of 240 volts. Preheating time can vary, but as this model has a ‘fast preheat’ feature, we would normally expect the time to be about 7 to 10 minutes. Turning off the circuit breaker to the range for 30 seconds before turning the breaker back on may help, as this ensures the range is getting full power. Regarding your concern with the settings, if you think the temperature is too low for the setting you’ve chosen the oven temperature can be adjusted up to 35 degrees F hotter or cooler. We call it the nasa stove because it does so much! Love the air fry feature. The lock out feature is great with a 3 year old and Mother in law with dimentia

Great Stove... App sucks

So far we are enjoying our new stove an up grade after 12 years with our last GE Profile slide in unit. But the app isn't great. Always wants me to turn on gps... Why do they need to know where I'm at to use my stove?! Keeps asking me to review Steak mode... What steak mode I find whole turkey mode only. But the Stove works great so far. We will see in 10 years.

I love this oven so much! It’s so pretty and the flat touch controls are sleek. I love that it has Air Fry and it texted me the other night to met me know I’d left it on. Very cool!!!!

Bad stove
