Best electric slide-in stove

Our first GE Profile electric stove PC board fried just short of the 5 year mark however we did not buy the extended warranty. Lesson learned. Because we enjoyed all features of this stove and it's slick look, we decided to purchase the same stove with the 5 year warranty. We learned most of these stoves only last 5 years so we were willing to enjoy the same stove. From the convection oven, wifi feature, slick control panel and easy to clean glasstop we look forward to enjoying ourcstove.

OK Oven

Overall, the oven is just OK. It does not have a self-cleaning program, and the steam clean feature is useless. The air fry feature, however, is very good. The oven itself does not run very hot, but the convection feature works well. There is a way to lock the controls to prevent accidental turn-on, which is helpful. The interior is spacious and large enough to hold multiple trays at once.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This feature is designed for cleaning light soil or spills from your oven at a lower temperature and not for major cleaning. To help you with your oven's temperature, make sure the oven is fully preheated and set to the correct temperature, since skipping preheating can affect baking results, especially for items with short cook times. Keep in mind that ovens naturally cycle on and off to maintain heat, so small temperature swings are normal. Using the correct cookware and rack position also matters, dark pans will require lowering the temperature slightly, and proper spacing since they can absorb more heat than regular pans. This range is great! the bottom drawer is the best! Oven size is spacious! The controls light up every time I wipe them off, which is sometimes irritating. It would be perfect if the air fry feature didn't require Wi-Fi and if a printed instruction book were included with the stove.

Great GE Range

We purchased this range 3 months ago and so far, it is
working great! The control panel does get dirty every time we cook,
but just push Lock Controls button on panel and it can be cleaned
without any problems. I have not had any problems with surface cleaning.
Range cooking surface still looks new with proper care and cleaning!
Oven has been used a few times and is working fine.
We love all of the extra features is range has.

We love our new range. It has so many wonderful features! We have been running it through it's paces since it was installed and have had much success with everything we tried. Our old range ran cold and took longer to cook things. This one is right on target.

I've had this range for just over 90 days. I would not recommend purchasing it. #1 - the cooktop surface is NOT smooth. It is difficult to clean. I've had a glass cooktop for almost 20 years so I know how easily it should clean. #2 - I have never been able to use the air-fryer feature. Registering the product is required. Then getting on "Smart Appliance" is required Except each time I try to scan the QR code to activate the "Smart Appliance" it prompts me to register the alliance. Around and around we go. #3- today I have a tech coming to assess why the rear left burner is not working. I'm not a happy purchaser of this appliance
