We love our range. Top elements work well. My only complaint is the oven steam does not clean as expected. There wasn't a detailed instructional manual for air frying or any other functions

Beautiful BUT.....High Maintenance

I love the way this range cooks and looks. The oven is also fantastic. My biggest issue is that the cooktop is very difficult to clean. I cook everyday, and I have to constantly scrape off food. The cooktop is very delicate and you must be very careful cleaning it. Gone are the days of just wiping down the cooktop. Hello 15 minutes of cleaning. It’s a daily chore I do not enjoy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

amazing touch controls.

I love the aesthetics of this stove. The touch-sensitive controls are a game-changer. Changing temp or time has never been easier! The fact I can preheat on my way home or push a notification to my phone is the icing on the cake. Oh and I can give voice commands via a home assistant. No regrets so far with this purchase.

I'm not real impressed with either the quality or durability of our new Profile oven and range. The very first time I removed boiled over soup from the range top burner using a new razor blade, per instructions, I scratched the top. We had our old Maytag for 14 years and I never scratched the top with a razor, old or new.
The oven racks drag and bind when pulling them in or out. The surfaces are rough and it looks like pitted metal was chromed over.
There's a few bumps, nicks, and a poorly seated gasket that appears to have come from the factory.
Also, the controls are so sensitive that I and my wife have both activated and turned on random controls such as the warming zone by letting a dish towel brush across the control panel. I accidentally turned the bridge unit on high with my shirt sleeve. Now we keep the panel locked when not in immediate use.
On the plus side, the oven cooks even and very little residual heat is let into the kitchen. Being able to broil with the oven door closed is really nice.

Quick heat

I am not a fan of electric stoves but we didnt have a choice as there isn't gas in our new house. However, this stove heats quickly and cools a lot quicker than other smooth tops. The air fry feature is great too.

Love the range so far, have only had it three weeks.
The only feature that could be improved is the timer alarm volume. Have the sound turned up to the maximum, you cannot hear it in the next room.
