Defective Audio Jack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The external speaker/headphones jack is loose after 2 weeks of minor use. I would have rated notebook poor (one star) but the other features work fine. External speakers are very important as the internal speaker sound is of poor quality. Not a good introduction to ASUS products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast computer! Great look

My previous 15" laptop crashed on me so I needed an upgrade. For the price, the ASUS VivoBook caught my eye. The performance is great and the graphics is perfect for my needs. I watch movies from time to time, I don't play any games. My main use for this laptop is work and it's just what I needed. The only downside to this laptop is the battery life when it's not plugged in. The charger very light and portable, though, so that is helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great value for a laptop!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this back in Sept 2020. Has worked great since. Had a warranty repair completed recently. It was returned to me in a couple of weeks. They stand by their product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Asus computer is excellent computer to buy. I had bought for at least 3 computer, all are asus computers. The old computer is still good. Because Window10 coming up, so I bought a new one. I didn't use the one computer to upgrade form Window 7 to Window 10. I think it is worthy to buy a new Asus to replace the old I used for 10 years. Thanks Asus!
