Disappointing laptop!

Bought this laptop about 4 months ago and it was great at first. Now it randomly restarts and it won't recognize any networks from time to time requiring a restart to recognize networks. Reached out to ASUS and they have been worthless so far with very little assistance or a fix. Hopefully they can figure it out otherwise this thing is going to be sent to them!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incredible Laptop at an Affordable Price

I purchased this laptop with the intention of using it for my job. After using it for several days, I realized this laptop is capable of meeting more than just my work needs. In fact, this laptop has already replaced my desktop for almost all my daily activities. The device is very versatile.
First, this laptop is absolutely gorgeous! The buttons are smooth and silky, the case is sleek and modern, and the overall build is compact and of high quality. It has a full HD screen and a backlit keyboard, both of which operate much better than I expected. In the department of aesthetics, this design is the best I've seen for the price range.
Second, the laptop is fast and reliable. It boots up quickly and never really lags. I added in some additional RAM yesterday and now this device even plays all of my games with no issues! That surprised me. I can be a bit of a power user at times and this laptop has already proven it can handle almost anything.
When I found out that Asus was offering a 90 day warranty extension for posting a review, I had to share my experience. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs a laptop for just about any reason. You will not be disappointed!

Pretty nice

Just bought this and so far its really nice. The main keyboard isnt in the center of the computer so that's going to take some time to adjust to. There is the number bad on the side which offsets the main keys. The screen is really nice on the computer.
As an added bonus from ASUS I receiving a warranty extension from ASUS for my feedback
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent upgrade for a home computer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my Dell 17" laptop after the second keyboard went out in 5 years of home use. I also have had a Asus Chromebook for the last 2- years which works great.

So so fast!

I bought my Asus Vivo laptop maybe a month ago after returning a HP within a couple weeks of purchase. Best choice ever! This Vivo is so fast and easy to use. The Ryzen 7 processor is perfect for my lack of patience! Loads fast, changes programs fast and the lighted keyboard is great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third ASUS computer. You can't go wrong with their warranty, stylish design, support network. I find them affordable, long lasting. ASUS is the only computer company that I feel like I'm getting value for my money. Also innovative solutions, up to speed with latest technology.
