Didnt know it came with Alexa. We dont have any use for it except as a charging station. The tablet is the second one (for my wife) it's exceptional for the price (though I wish it could be unlocked to get rid of useless stuff) but, it's fast, love the micro sd ram slot, large screen to read books etc. and so much more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 2 weeks ago had no problems with setting it up
Ok this for you all having problem setting up Alexa
1) you need to set up the Alexa app.
2 If you have another Alexa in your home go to app and pair this unit once done dock your tablet and press the Bluetooth on the Alexa specker the tablet will say pairing
once done you can start using Alexa...

I purchased this as a gift for my son, who does not have a smart screen in his room. It is nice to have the option of removing the tablet from the base. He is quite tech savvy so I was shocked to here him speak of the performance. I purchased the 128GB model with the 4GB of RAM, and I would strongly recommend that you look at the 4GB options, since it does help with the speed.
