I haven't "eaten" this much pizza in a long time. Our niece has fun playing "waitress" and since pizza is one of her favorite foods, she is excited to play with this. She's even learned how to say mushroom.

I bought this pizza kit for my grandsons, who are 3 and 4, because it was so adorable. They loved it! They wanted to play with it several times a day. And I was amazed with the creative ideas they came up with for using it. First they made pizzas with all kinds of toppings. When they got tired of that, they used the toppings to play checkers, with the box as a board (they don't bother too much with rules, just move the pieces around). Then they enjoyed stacking the pieces up and knocking them down. They used the box to make a fort and thwart an "invasion." They turned over all the topping pieces and used them as a matching/concentration game. They turned the pieces into instruments for a percussion band. And they mixed the pizza game with their hamburger game and opened their own "restaurant." I especially liked the way the pizza pieces and toppings would velcro together, so it really seemed like you were slicing apart a single pizza, and the toppings didn't fall off when you picked up a slice. This game allowed the kids to use their imaginations and be creative, and it is virtually indestructible for little boys. I hope to buy more of Melissa and Doug's products in the future.
