I get a lot of "mileage" out of the Pizza Party game in speech therapy with my students from pre/K to 5th grade. They love it. The game is great for turn-taking and eliciting words from my students. It is a very versatile product with many uses.

My grandchildren love to pretend to cook and the pizza set is one of the favorites. They love to imitate mom and dad - they talk about the pizza only have mushrooms on one side. They add other veggies to it for a change of menu. I love that they are learning about how many pieces make up a whole pizza and counting how many pieces of pepperoni go on each piece. This is going to be around a long time.
Pros: Entertaining, Fun, Great Value, Just like mom cooks, Realistic
Cons: Adequate Storage

Durable & hours of fun

This was "handed down" to us from an older cousin, but it has been a great gift. It was & still is in perfect condition despite hours of use. Our daughter (3 1/2 yo) started pretending it was a birthday cake which prompted us to buy the 3-layer birthday cake (which she also loves). When she had lost a little interest in the pizza we watched an online video. She had renewed interest & was imitating the additional ways to play with it. I hadn't thought of it as being a puzzle & learning tool (just play food). Sure enough, she loves the sorting, counting, & creating the circle. However, she does disassemble & assemble the 3-layer cake more. I think because there is a bigger puzzle to solve. On her own she has pretended the toppings are money. She also uses them to "make salads" in a bowl. The pizza has also been "baked" in her play oven & under every piece of furniture. The storage box is nice & sturdy, but I wish it had a lid to keep in pieces & make stacking/storing easier. Simple plates to suit the chunky pizza (&cake) slices would be great (to buy separately). If we hadn't been given this, I think I would have completely overlooked all of the wooden cutting play food. Now she's getting even more for Christmas. Well worth anyone's investment to be passed down to siblings & future generations.
Pros: Attractive, Durable, Easy Assembly, Really Works
Cons: No Storage Lid
