I literally love this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this range! It has great burners that heat quickly and stay hot. The air fry feature is great! It also works with the smart things app and sends alerts to your phone with updates. You do need to clean the glass cooktop each time after use, but it doesn’t take long. I am so happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful range with a few quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice layout with good looks. The display is not intuitive. Easy to mess up the display while cleaning the screen. Very dependent on using web based resources to troubleshoot, manuals are not thorough. Electrician accidently started to burn a protective blanket when he was reaching over stove and activated the burners.

Never Again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that the range was a good one especially with the warranty. We have had our range for less than a year and the cap that covers the electronics of the dials popped off when I was wiping it clean and chipped. It would not go back. When I called Samsung they said it was under warranty and a repair man was sent out. When he came out, she said it was not covered under the warranty and there was nothing he could do about it. He did not speak or understand English very well so he just picked up his bag and left. I then called back to customer service and they then advised it was not covered and transferred me to parts dept to see if I could order the part and snap it in myself. After speaking to 3 different people, I gave up. I am now worried that water may spill into the electrics and short out the range. I will not be buying Samsung products again. Customer service is everything!

Poorly designed

I couldn't be more disappointed with what I consider to be an expensive range. The stove has basic design flaws - you cannot read the dials because there isn't enough contrast. While this may seem small, I have to keep a flashlight by the stove so I can check the settings. Ridiculous. I'm going to have put stickers on the dials or use a permanent marker to make them readable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
