Consistent Cooking Great Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i purchased this range and had it delivered a week ago. i love it. it cooks so much better than my old kenmore range, the interior of the oven is a lot larger and comes with an air fry tray. the rapid boil has come in handy with large pots of water for cooking pasta. i love the technology of the range with built in wife that i have connected through my smart things app, i can preheat the oven with a push of a button. it also lets me know when the food is done with an alert. its very stylish in it's look. so far it's an a+.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Delicate workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after 6 months of use, i am split on this purchase. great features, significantly worried about longevity.
pros: heats up fast, great oven features, repair under warranty was professional and quickly completed.
cons: seems fragile compared to other flat tops, already showing wear on the cooktop, lots of groves that collect crumbs, the oven glass door cracked with first high-temperature use and had to be replaced, account did not update with the repair - "canceled" the repair instead of recognizing it as completed - confirmed repair via phone call.

I wanted to love it

The stove heats and cooks. The stove bakes. The stove also turns on all by itself. At least it does if you want to clean it, walk near it, be a cat near it, or lean forward to bask in the joyous aroma of tonight’s arroz con pollo.
The knobs turn with so little force it is absurd. The touch screen buttons have been touched when you barely hover a finger over them. (I wonder if this is just one step toward controlling devices with our minds) this has all been such a problem, that my almost-5”-niece went to mix a pan and managed to accidentally turn on another burner.
For a little while, I thought the angle of the interface was the problem, but have the screen and knobs flat on the top wouldn’t fix the cleaning, leaning, and cats issues.
I really wanted to love the stove. I spent many weeks researching and falling in love with this unit. And yet I’m almost at my breaking point. I am sick of trying to clean my above-stove microwave and worrying my chest is going to catch on fire. I have even bought and cut a thick piece of plexiglass to cover the over-sensitive touch panel. That helps a little but not much. The touch panel has a lock setting that we use every time we are done with the oven or timer. However, it is exceptionally inconvenient, and annoying, to have to lock and unlock* the screen every single time.
*and remove the extra plexiglass
If this wasn’t enough, we purchased and installed child safety stove knob covers. We find them particularly frustrating. I do not enjoy having to solve a puzzle every time I want to turn a burner on.

Air Fryer and Dehydrator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this for around a month it it seems that this oven offers some different baking techniques and specialty uses like Air Frying. The only negative is that this cooktop dirties way more easily than my previous flat top surfaces, I really have to do a tremendous cleaning job after to get the look of a mirror shine, even with all the cooktop cleaner and special ceramic top scrub pads. It seems to cook evenly and I have more cooking space than expected but less pan storage than expected also.. you have to trade one for another. So far so good in this instance.

Love all the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I baked cakes and cookies, roasted a turkey and roast beef, air fried French fries, dried herbs and all came out great. I did a steam clean and it was easy and efficient. Th only thing I do not like the design is if you lean on the stove you can easily turn on a burner by mistake.
