It is a good range- but..

the first day we hooked this range up it did the normal "beep, beep, beep" at the end of the timer but after using the app on my phone it now plays this annoying song. it is so hard to hear when the fan is going on the range and when i have music playing while i cook. i hate it!
the rest of the features on this range are amazing and it cooks really well. they need to allow it to be a beep if you rather.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for sharing the review with us, and we appreciate your opinion. If you are not a fan of the alarm sound, we do have a way to turn it off. Just follow the directions below, and you can find this in your user manual on page 41. ^Pat
To turn the sound on or off
1. Press Options for 3 seconds, and then press 6 on the number pad.
2. Press 1 (On) or 2 (Off) on the number pad.
3. Press START/SET to save the changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought 3 months ago but do not cook very much. Oven, air fryer and timers work great but range top tends to scuff and not easily cleanable; also, cannot figure out how to re-set clock for DST!!

Range came not working properly

purchased a month ago, the heat of the cooktop and oven is weak, can't boil water or fry french fries, the oven is smoking and filling the kitchen with smoke, quality is very unsatsfactory and disappointing.

Nothing can be worse than samsung

the cooking top is so weak and it will auto shut off and on itself during cooking. samsung refuse to replace my unit. the unit already fixed 2 times and it is still not working correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
