Air fryer is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone that cooks and bakes non-stop for a busy household, I was excited to hear about all the features this range offers.
First of all, the range itself is absolutely gorgeous- it is a very sleek design and I love that the knobs are all on the front and offers a touch screen. The air vent is located in the back, up against the wall and fits flush. Set up was very simple and took less than 10 minutes. There is even a smart things app to set up that works with alexa that is absolute genius. Upgrading to this larger oven and having five burners has been amazing and such a game changer! The finger print resistant finish is my favorite and as a mom, I can appreciate not having finger marks all over the place!
Now to the good part! Preheating is quick and easy, especially if you have the app- you can simply ask alexa to preheat your oven! OMG! Cooking is a breeze, my oven time has been cut down and everything is much more evenly cooked and baked. Speaking of quicker- this cooktop even has a rapid boil, which is amazing!
The air fryer mode is genius! I never used my air fryer often because it was so small and making tons of batches was insane- this entire oven turns into an air fryer- no more small batches! I can now air fry meals for my family at a reasonable time all at once! The air fryer basket also came with the oven- such a cool feature!
Speaking of air frying, when I first used this feature, there was drippings that landed on the bottom. After cooking, I realized how messy it really was. Thankfully, this oven also has a steam clean setting. Yep. I added water to the bottom of the oven, set the steam clean button and waited 20 minutes. The oven chimed to let me know it was ready and I was able to wipe everything down in less than 5 minutes, ya'll. It is amazing. I've never seen anything like this before and I am so impressed and thankful to not have the dreaded self clean where you have to leave the house and worry about awful chemicals!
Cleaning the cooktop is super easy also, and I usually just wipe down with a damp microfiber towel and use a cooktop cleaner if necessary, but super easy and quick.
There is also a dehydrator setting, which I haven't used just yet, but I am already planning ideas, especially for the holidays! If this setting is anything else like the rest of the features, I am sure I will be equally impressed.

Great value...BUT...

replaced my 20 year old slide-in electric range.
great value...but...
minor issue - no way to turn off the wi-fi signal.
major issue - the stovetop controls need better engineered detent settings. the single element controls are good, but the multiple element surface burner controls can rotate / drift too easily from "lo" onto "high" setting for the next larger coil size.
already ruined a batch of chili.
potential for ruined stews, smoke and fire makes me wary.

Not completely child safe

Previous reviews raved about the child safe features of this stove. It is not child safe! The lock button only locks the control panel and door but is right in the front and easy to unlock for anyone over 3. It also does not lock the knobs at all, and they are super sensitive and can turn on with a bump, tap, or seemingly if you look at them hard enough. Cool features, but not worth the additional price we paid for the safety features we thought we were getting. All of our reasonably expected research seemed to confirm the salesperson’s statement of child safety. We feel lied to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than my Electrolux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the burners on my last range decided not to turn off so we looked for a brand we felt we could trust and bought this one. It is terrific! We did have to put covers on the burner controls but not an issue to use. I believe the cooking on the stovetop is more specific and does a better job. The Air Fry feature is amazing. Overall, best range I've ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove to replace a Whirlpool that burned out. Works great, nice cooking features and the airfry is great. only con is that oven conreols are supper sensitive and you have to lock the controls before cleaning the control surface
