Amazing Coffee Maker

Great Coffee maker, I love how you can program it, super convenient. I've always liked waking up to the smell of coffee. It can also brew a ton of cups. Perfectly ideal for an office setting.

Good coffee maker

We have two of these models and they seem to do well. I just replaced one with the same model. The old one lasted a bit over 3 years. Our other one is over four years old and still doing well.

Only one fault

Very simple to use, and the carafe doesn’t make any mess. The filter assembly on mine is having issues of popping open every time it brews, but I’m sure that will be taken care of.

It worked perfectly for a while. Now it won't turn off. I have to unplug it to turn it off. I can't use the programable part because I have to plug it in to brew.

Will not stay on and the front keeps popping open

We purchased this coffee maker at Christmas time and now just a few months later it does not work. The front keeps popping open and it keeps shutting off before the brew is complete.
