Terrible! Wake up to cold coffee!

We just bought this coffee pot less than a month ago and it has been nothing but a pain! This is at least the 4th time we've woken up to cold coffee because it needs "cleaned" every few days and when the clean light clicks on, the coffee maker shuts off! We program our machine to make our coffee in the morning about 20 minutes before we get up and then keep it warm for 2 hours. It keeps turning off so the 2 hour "keep warm" feature is useless!

I switched from one brand where I had to replace the entire coffee maker due to a heat sensor issue twice in six months. I chose Hamilton Beach with the stainless steel carafe for its usefulness and less breakage with a glass carafe. Only have had this for a few days and it's working fine so far.

Excellent reliability

I've had this coffee maker for over six years and it's still going strong with moderate to heavy daily use! This machine really stands out with it's adjustable time off and warming plate temp. The only issue I've experienced is that as of lately, it won't keep time. Kind of strange, but this hasn't affected its functionality.

great coffee pot, second one purchased.
one bad review: lid on water reservoir warped after a few uses and would not shut flush. did not effect the coffee taste, but was irritating. finally I taped it shut and used the front water fill.

Great Coffeemaker

This is a great coffee makes that makes delicious coffee! My only disappointment is that the carafe stems i side and makes it hard to say how much coffee is in it. I also miss a beep, as in my old machine, letting me know coffee was ready. But, not a big deal! The machine is so nice that i will adapt!

I hope I had seen this reviews before. This thing has a mortal electronic defect. Clearly it is a widespread problem by watching the reviews. It’s unsolvable. There is no troubleshooting possible. Avoid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee pot is great - you could program it to start when you want which has been great to use for the mornings. Hot coffee ready for me when I wake up! I like that this coffee pot is basic. It works as expected. Nothing fancy except for the programming which is super convienent. I would totally recommend this pot to people. I always love how hamilton beach coffee pots keep the coffee so HOT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great coffee pot especially being a 14 cup coffee maker it brews fast and doesnt burn and keeps track of your last brew time the easy loading 9f the coffee and water features are great too even the timer and brew options the greatest coffee pot on the market of course in my opinion and rewashable water filter and basket filter
