Impractical for average households

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is impractical for the average household. It might be good for a small office instead. A full pot (14 cups) in reality is probably 7 or 8 average cups. I found it too heavy for me to try lifting after I ran a full pot of water before the first use, as per directions. I had to let it cool off before I could empty it. I would be leery of making more then 8-10 cups.I also found the instructions for the filter and optional accessories unclear.

Great except

it broke: the maker turns off during cooking process, and the pot doesn't pour without dripping coffee on the floor or counter

Small machine with big results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this machine. It's compact which is nice bc it doesn't take up alot of room on my counter. Don't let it's size fool you though bc this machine can make up to 14 cups of coffee. I enjoy that I can preset it to turn on automatically to brew in the morning before I get up. I also like that it has a feature where you can change the amount of time that the machine keeps the coffee warm before it turns off. Even though this doesn't affect how it works I do like how it has a button to open the slot to put the coffee in and also comes with a reusable filter. The reasonable filter help save money on buying those coffee filters plus saves the environment from extra waste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Turns off constantly

While brewing or cleaning the coffee maker turns off 3-6 times and stops brewing. Once brewing is complete the machine stays on, but must be babysat during brewing. This happened out of the box new. Unplugging to reset does not work.

This Coffee Maker is The Perfect Size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to have this coffee maker. I absolutely love the size. My husband and I drink coffee every morning when we get up and refill our thermal mugs to take with us to work. I always had to make a little extra to fill the second round. Fourteen cups is the perfect amount for us. It will be great when company comes as well. The front fill is a big plus. I still have to pull the maker out a bit when filling the water but that’s quite alright. It has some features new to me like the strength and temperature which makes it even better. Color me happy. I am grateful to have this coffee maker.

It makes a delicious pot of coffee quickly and easily. I love the convenience of being able to program it to have my coffee fresh brewed and waiting for me when i wake up. Highly recommend!

Makes great coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handsome machine fits so well in my kitchen and is so simple to operate and produces a wonderfully hot pot of coffee every time. I love the features, especially the 14 cup features and the ability to schedule when I want more than a few cups for family or friends. It's simple and easy to use. It has easy to work buttons and a nice size digital clock. Makes great coffee with no issues. It also has a built-in coffee filter. Coffee is hot and stays hot for 5 hours before it shuts off, and it's easy to clean. I recommend this product.

Great for multiple coffee drinkers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I really like this coffee maker. 14 cups is new to me as it was an adjustment in the amount of coffee to use. The front top fill feature is great, especially if you have to place the coffee maker under a cabinet on your counter as is the front open coffee filter.
Only issue I have is that the water filter unit doesn’t seem to stay put. Otherwise this is overall a great product.
