Odd to pack

Looks great and workds great. Love teh features. The only issue is the way the trays are set up does not allow me to really fill the Dishwasher. The trays do not work right for basic dishes. It feels like it is made for odd shape dishes
I would recommend this to a friend!

More HELP at start . . .

Lots of good features. It's quiet, nice appearance, the top flat tray and some very nice wash/dry options. We've discovered a couple of shortcomings too. The racks are hard to load -- especially for small plates, small bowls,and odd sized glass items. Requires more rearranging than other models we've had in the past. I wish that loading rack examples were included inside the dishwasher to help customers to better plan the racks. The other surprise was how far the top sticks out. Luckily it misses the silverware drawer but only by less than 1-inch. Wish it was recessed more.

I love that there is the 3rd rack. Much more space for more items on the bottom rack because the extra silverware basket is on the side versus in the middle. I haven't had a single issue with it.
