It runs very quietly. You can't even hear it running unless you are next to it. Also love the feature that you can use just the upper or lower level. There are only 2 in our household so we don't always have enough to fill the upper and lower level. We bought this particular one because we liked the Black Slate. We didn't want Stainless Steel appliances and we didn't care for the Black. When we saw the Black Slate we fell in love with it and it looks great in our kitchen.

We really like our GE dishwasher. We waited too long to upgrade our old dishwasher. The new techniques used with this GE dishwasher ensures everything is washed thoroughly and squeaky clean.

Best dishwasher we have ever had. It’s a hybrid meaning it’s got a plastic tub and stainless front so that kept the cost down. Still has the features of the more expensive ones though. It used to take a couple of days to fill our old one, but this one takes a week due to the placement of silverware holder and three racks gives it amazing capacity.
I would recommend this to a friend!
