Bought one and 11 days later I had issues with the screen going black. I reached out to support and have yet to hear back. I figured out the issue myself, thankfully. One thing I don't like about the product are the flip-up 'doors' on each USB port. It makes it a pain to plug in a USB device.

Man, I'm on my old HP laptop writing this because when I tried to send my review on the new one, it failed to go through because of a problem. It's not the ISP, but the new laptop has a problem maintaining strong WiFi when it's used in the living room, where I am now as I write this, and none of our other devices in the living room have this problem. I'm so disappointed that I'm considering sending the new laptop back to HP for a refund.

This laptop, hands down is the best laptop for the money. I bought this thing for my son and school. They're required to have one now. I have been using a Lenovo, and I'm about to buy another one of these to replace mine. This thing is awesome. I highly recommend it. The only thing I wish it had was USB-C charging.

This computer works wonderfully and the graphics are great. The only problem is that every once in a while, the computer will lock the autorotate for no reason. You can still set which way the screen goes, it just doesn't do it automatically. Otherwise, this computer is working well and should be my computer for a while.
