I bought this 3 weeks ago and moved my USB enabled wireless mouse and keyboard (two independent devices). Both worked fantastic with my old HP laptop, but have signal issues with this one. I reached out to HP since the devices work on the old HP Laptop and they told me to pay someone to look at it. Thanks, no thanks for the no-support
I love the laptop. I only have one issue with it and it’s the speakers. I wish they were a little bit louder not loud enough to hold a party but loud enough to watch a movie without headsets or speakers.
The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the metal part below the screen, bottom right (the metal 'line' that sticks out a little bit) feels scratched when you run your finger across, i.e, not as smooth throughout. Everything else is top notch. It's not gonna bother you as you cannot see it, but it's there.
Lightweight, backlit keyboard, flips to make it similar to a tablet, set up was a breeze… now I’m crossing my fingers it doesn’t die after just a few months. I had 2 Microsoft Surface computers the last few years. Big mistake… they are impossible to fix, and any service requires sending your computer to them. The down time was really hard on my little bookkeeping business. So far, the HP was much less expensive and works better than the Surface.
I bought this thinking it was fan less. It is great except when I am using Zoom/Google Meet for too long and it can heat up and then the fan goes on to cool and it is louder than I thought it would be. Plus, I thought this would be a fan less notebook. Zoom/Google Meet pushing this system and loudness of the fan surprised me in a negative way.
Blew my expectations out of the park so far. I forgot it was touchscreen and could fold over completely. I also didn't expect it to feel like such a premium laptop with it's metal chassis. I mostly wanted it for the AMD Ryzen 7 and forgot it had such awesome other features. For the price, unbeatable.
