I ordered 2 hp products which were hp envy x360 13 inch, they both had the same configuration, one was black and the other was white. I turned on the black one and it was working perfectly, everything was fine (accessories).
when I turned on the white one, it did turn on but when it asked me to enter the password for the Wi-Fi, it just turned off. After that the laptop is not turning on. when i press the power button, the caps lock key starts blinking with a pattern of 5 long blinks and 3 short blinks. i tried to fix it by downloading the bios update but it didn't work.
Please let me know if there's anything i can do to fix this issue!
