Pirates are back!
I’m a huge pirate lego fan! This set is not only the beat pirate set to come out in a long time, it’s the best set to come out in a long time period.
The playability us off the charts, as is the build quality. You can’t go wrong with this set.
I will always buy every pirate set lego comes out with, as long as they don’t mess with the formula too much. Pirates of the Caribbean... just don’t do that again. Just don’t.
Keep’em coming lego! More Pirates!

This LEGO set delivers on multiple levels. Between the amazing attention to detail and the throw back easter eggs, this set had me back to my childhood. Even for new LEGO fans this set will not disappoint. I have one question though, where is the monkey? I know it’s not a oversight and maybe it’s just me but I loved those minifigures lol. This set will help build many new memories with my son and that’s what makes LEGO special.

This is the best set ive ever gotten in my 10 years of building lego, the 2 in 1 build style of the set makes for hours of endless play as well as all the hidden features. If you have the money to pay for this set I highly recommend you buy it before it retires.

I recall seeing this on Ideas a while back and not being able to hit “Support” fast enough. Purchased within 10 minutes of the set being released, and I am beyond satisfied with how awesome it is! The story and the throwback to the original set really hit the nostalgia nerves in all the right spots.
I spent two days building the set with my niece, and both of us absolutely love this set. It has everything: backstory, beautiful details, innovative features, multiple variations (I lost it when I found that out! So awesome!), and lots of replay value. We are now creating additional pirate sets to compound the story!
Overall, an amazing set that I highly recommend. Thank you LEGO for consistently putting out quality products! And thank you Pablo for helping me raise my niece into a “little pirate!”

I really hope this set does well, so Lego will understand that the pirate theme is still relevant and wanted to this day! Especially if they keep making sets like this with good quality.

The scope, level of detail, and story telling is incredible. It's not only a LEGO but a story on a shelf. The build itself was super fun and the conversion from port to ship is fun and easy. It incorporates parts of the island to do which just adds to the story. Hands down my favorite Ideas set and an all time favorite build for sure!

The magic bricks strike again. Masterful, precise fit and connection alignments, Clever solutions, especially around the transom area. Fun "play" situations like when my shark gnaws on the oar and the lookout in the Crow's nest has his bottle of rum. The Lego Team has really set the clever bar high on this set, a classic. Well done!
