Does not cut as good as it should not impressed

For the you pay for it should do a lot better job leaving a lot of hair on neck

To get the best possible shave, try holding the shaver at a 90 degree angle and stretch the skin while shaving against hair growth. Maintenance is also an important aspect of getting a great shave, so be sure to clean your shaver regularly, and that you're replacing the foil and cutterblock at least every 18 months. Best Razor I Have Ever Used

Very comfortable to hold. No nicks or cuts or feeling like my stubble is being twisted & ripped out of my face for a change. Thank you, Braun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Series 9 9370cc Electric Shaver doesn't shave well at all. It has some features but the main purpose of this shaver fails. I have used much cheaper shavers and they did a better job.
Considering the price of this shaver and the quality of Braun shavers you would expect the best with this one but that's not the case.
I would not buy this shaver or recommend.

Worst and most painful Braun shave ever.

I purchased this product about 2 months ago when my older 7000 series shaver finally gave out after more than 5 years. I had used a 3000 series before, and the 7000 was a great upgrade and provided a clean comfortable shave. I thought the 9000 series was an upgrade from the 7000, but apparently I was completely wrong. My first shave with this razor was extremely painful, pulling hairs constantly and also provided a much worse cut than my old 7000 series. After my first shave with it the very first response my wife gave me was "Why didn't you use the new shaver you just got?" That hurt almost as much as the shave. In any case, I decided it might just be the new style of shaver head and my beard/face needed time to "adapt" and gave it a while. After one month, no change, and today is the 2 month anniversary and I'm done with this razor. It still pulls multiple times every shave with just one day worth of hair growth, and I have to shave twice as long (at least) to get anywhere near the closeness of shave I get with my old 7000 series. I think part of the issue is the new foil design, specifically the gold cover which appears to have box holes that basically just grab and yank out hair, baffling design to me. In any case, I will warn everyone I know to stay very far away from this razor. If you happen to be unlucky and have one yourself, I'd urge you to upgrade to a 7000 series shave as you will find it works better than this razor in every way. Shaving in the morning shouldn't feel like punishment and having to suffer through constant yanks and burns, and that's all this razor provides. I honestly have no idea where the positive reviews for this thing come from, unless they've just never used an electric shaver before and don't know how much better things can be when they are done right.

Best electric razor my skin has ever experienced,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying that I ditched electric razors long ago, after using a competing brand (an N brand, if you will) that basically tore up my face every time I used it. I dreaded shaving with that thing but was also too lazy to get into anything else. I eventually took up the wet shave, but it became time consuming and expensive. Enter the Braun Series 9 9370cc, the best electric razor my skin has ever experienced. Every pass of this thing against my face chops off more stubble than anything I've tried before. It doesn't leave my skin pinched, dried, flaked, or even a little red. It's waterproof, so I don't have to worry about what might happen to it in a room designed to be wet. The battery lasts and lasts, and you know what, it even looks good. Bottom line: I'm happy to spend every morning with this thing.

Not Very Close Shave for the Money

THis is a very nice looking shaver but, for my face, does not shave very close on first swipe.
I have to re-shave at least 2-3 swipes to get very small whisker stuble.

Such clean cuts, doesn't pull too hard and to top it off when you are finished you have your very own sterilizer that comes with it! I would definitely recommend this shaver for any man looking for a new electric shaver!
