5 day beard no problem

I have always had to shave EVERY day when using an electric. Since retirement I don't shave every day. I can go Monday through Friday and still get a close and comfortable shave. A bit spendy, but well worth the investment.

I purchased the series 9 a few weeks ago. I was surprised that there was no plastic cap for the shaving head. This is a delicate part of the unit and does deserve more protection. Why is the cleaning bath necessary when you can simply run itbunder water to clean?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun US - Series 9 Pro Electric Shaver with PowerCase, 9477cc is great. I find it provides a very close and clean shave. It glides so smoothly over every edge and turn in my face which is amazing. It is also very simple to clean after use as well.

Great and mediocre at the same time ymmv

It works very well on part of my face but mediocre on some. Leaves a close razor like feeling after shaving. I will keep using it dealing with it. Maybe overtime will work better on my face.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned 3 different versions, this model is by far the best. I love the shave wet or dry option. It is very consistent and seems to be more efficient and close, in terms of hair removal, especially compared to other versions I've used. The battery is amazing, doesn't need charging before multiple shaves. The trimmer on the back side works excellent for straggler hairs, and sideburns. The scent of the self cleaning solution is citrus and cleans the unit head good.
