The best shaver I had

Companies have "ups" and "downs". It does not relate to Rolex watches, but surely relevant for vacuum cleaners, skies, boots and shavers. I used Panasonic best shavers for many years- Braun is a serious upgrade in feeling, quality, shave time and maintenance. The best.

I have always hated shaving. When younger it was always an experience where it drew blood. The newer multi blade shavers made it better, but I still despised the experience. I decided to try an electric shaver. The first one I purchased was a disappointment because I have a pretty thick beard. I returned that one and purchased one twice the price hoping it was better. Again, I was disappointed so I returned that one and ordered the Series 9 Pro with high hopes. This time I was not disappointed but highly satisfied with the shave it provided, even after a weeks worth of beard growth. It shaves almost as smoothly as a good quality razor which says a lot about this unit. Great product, you pay for it but as far as I am concerned it is well worth it!

Best shave I ever had.

I have always used electrics. Norelco then Braun series 5 and 7. Last time I went to the barber I wanted to indulge in a straight razor shave but could not due to the pandemic. Then I got my model 9370. I don't feel the need for a barber shave anymore. My face is as smooth as a baby's butt. It is so close I do not need to shave every day. The only con is the clean and charge station loads from the back instead of the front.

Extremely poor design and somewhat unusable

The entire design is off. The thumb rests on the shaving head lock/release slider and the setting is forever changed during a regular shave. Shaving quality is pitiful. For the cost, I really wanted to like it but I ultimately hate this razor. I keep it and my rotary razor both on the counter next to each other and when I need a clean, close shave I have to fail back to the Norelco rotary. Big loss on this investment

Junk, the on/off button popped out, and is broken.
This shaver doesn't shave as good as my old rotary unit.
Way over priced, doesn't last, and the shave sucks.
Save your money, buy anything else.

Best electric razor on the market

This is second series 9 Braun razor I have purchased. I replaced my old series 9 due to it needed another foil replacement and the wife complained that the razor sounded like an old evinrude outboard motor running. Lol. The last razor lasted over 7 years and the battery life was excellent. The new razor is super quiet and shaves as close as a blade without the cuts and nicks. I highly recommend this Braun razor over any norelco rotary razor—why? It shaves much closer and does leave your skin red with abrasion.

I’ve used Braun shavers for decades but the 9 is much different. So smooth I actually look forward to shaving. It shaves so close with no pain or pulling at all even with a few days growth.

I just received my series 9 pro and I’m in aww how well it performs!! I’m 51 years old if I didn’t use a normal blade razor I used a norelco electric. After using the series 9 pro I was amazed by this monster of a razor, so gentle but precise on its cutting power very close very smooth! It’s going to be my everyday razor !!! Good bye traditional razors and Norelco and Hello BRAUN series 9 pro !!!! Amazing razor !!
