Worst shave ever

I upgraded via the years from Series 3 via Series 5 and then Series 7 to lately to the Series 9.
My Series 7 provided a very good shave but got a bit old.
I bought the Series 9 because of Braun's advertisement for it and hoped for a beautiful shaving experience.
To the contrary, it is the worst shaver I ever had.
I lost my confidence in Braun's products.

Top quality shaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Series 9 Pro is a super smooth razor. Far more gentle on the skin than a Gilette and it feels like it leaves my face smoother too. I have a dense beard and this razor has no issues at all. It actually saves a significant amount of time on each shave while delivering a better shave. The shave head is wider and I believe I am able to shave a little faster.It also works well if I haven't shaved for a few days.The automated cleaning feature is also incredible. It literally does what it claims - it's like shaving with a new shaver every day.
The product is a game changer. If you can afford it, buy it without any hesitation.

Love It!!

Just used for the first time today. I'm SO happy I bought! Used the charger case and within an hour I took the razor for a test drive. Even closer than the Gillette razor I've been using for a number of years. No more blade purchases!

I bought the new series 9 after having a series7 for many years. Big improvement on smoothness and even uses the old style cleaning fluid

I love the Braun 9 Series. I’ve had it a couple weeks and have experimented both dry & wet shave and found for me a wet shave seems to get a closer shave. Also I do get a decent close dry shave. Once you develop your direction’s you realize it’s you not the shaver that determines a close shave. All the features are great, I love the mobile charger & cleaning station. The indicator lights let’s you know when your razor is clean and charger as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't know if all these high reviews are just lies, or maybe it depends on your skin, but this razor is by far the worst I have ever used. It is indeed beautiful looking, but its quality of shaving is terrible. It barely shaves my neck, and it leaves be with razor pumps and irritation. I have tried everything to make it work-- dry v. wet; change in angle; etc-- but nothing worked. I am returning it. Very unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Shaver

I have used Braun shavers for over 30 years. My last one was a 7 series that was showing its age so I bought the new model 9477cc as soon as it was available in the US. Of all the Braun shavers I have owned over the years, this one is the best one yet. It shaves extremely close and has a great 'hand feel'. Highly recommended.
