My First Ecer Braun Disappointment

This is my fourth Braun shaver. It is the first in which I have been disappointed. Despite the claim to effectively handle 1, two, or even seven day beards, the shave her polls, beard hairs, and plucks them when encountering two day or greater growth. I have never experienced this with prior Series 7 shavers. I expected the Series 9 Pro to be superior, but it is not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

-Shave before washing your face
-Make sure face is dry before shaving
-Hold shaver at a 90 degree angle
-Stretch the skin and shave against hair growth; change direction as needed
-Use a gentle touch and let the shaver do the work
-Clean shaver after every use

Series 9 Pro. ok but not great

I purchased this Shaver in January 2023 and am very disappointed in its results.i don't really have a heavy beard, but I am not getting the closeness of a razor.

Excellent Shaver

I was a razor user for more than 35 years and never look at the electric shavers. I though the electric shavers don't get closer to a razor. Because of my busy life I researched for a reliable shaver and I get a cross this one. I bought it and I'm amazing with this Braun Series 9 Pro. Shaves very close like a razor, fast and smoot! I love it. You wont be disappointed.

To get the best possible shave, try holding the shaver at a 90 degree angle and stretch the skin while shaving against hair growth. Maintenance is also an important aspect of getting a great shave, so be sure to clean your shaver regularly, and that you're replacing the foil and cutterblock at least every 18 months. Best Razor I Have Ever Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Braun Series 9 9370cc Electric Shaver doesn't shave well at all. It has some features but the main purpose of this shaver fails. I have used much cheaper shavers and they did a better job.
Considering the price of this shaver and the quality of Braun shavers you would expect the best with this one but that's not the case.
I would not buy this shaver or recommend.

Noticeably closer shave

I just bought the Braun US - Series 9 Pro Electric Shaver with PowerCase, 9477cc. For many years I have been using the Series 7 and have been more than satisfied. I am more than impressed by the closeness of the shave I now get. The recharging station is "Eh!" and the trimmer is kind of chintzy but the quality of the shave more than makes up for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
