Disappointed

I’ve had the series 9pro for several mo this now and I’m pretty disappointed. After watching the commercials and reading up on product I was excited to have a series 9pro. Seeing how it would give a clean shave after several days was what I needed. But after using I came to conclusion it would not do as shown. I contacted customer support they gave me some tips on how to use and sent me a new foil. Received new foil , used tips and still same results have to use my old Gillette Mach 3 to get a close shave. Very dissatisfied after spending hundreds of dollars
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2nd braun in 20 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my second braun shaver about a month ago and I'm glad I did. My first braun shaver lasted until a year ago and I used a blade for the duration, glad to have an electric shaver again.

Very Happy with Braun 9

I had a Braun 7 for many years, then went to Braun 8 for many years, and have had a Braun 9 for 2 months. I am very happy with it and it gives the best shave I have had with a Braun.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major Upgrade

I have been shaving with Braun shavers for years, switching from rotary for the closer shave. I upgraded to the Series 9 Pro from the Series and was not really expecting a major change in overall shave closeness and quality. However, once I shaved with the Series 9 Pro, I did feel a noticeable difference! I am happy so far with the purchase and the PowerCase is a nice touch for longer trips. I still have the case from my Series 9 that i will use for weekenders due to the smaller, compact size of that case. No change that I can tell with the 5-in-1 smart care center (just a fancy name for cleaning/charger dock) from previous models. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and look forward to many, many years of use.

Series 9 Pro with Power Case

This is a great razor and an incremental improvement over the previous Series 9. I've liked the Series 9 and now like the Series 9 Pro even more. My only regret is buying the Series 9 Pro with the Power Case. In my opinion the power case isn't worth it. The existing battery lasts a long time and the plug to recharge is easier and lighter t carry than the Power Case. Since the Power Case has an Ion Lithium battery it can't be placed in checked baggage which means you have to place the heavy case and razor in your carry on.
The charging cable is compatible with the Oral B charging so it is more convenient to carry that than the heavier Power Case.
I was so anxious to order the 9 Pro that I did so when only the Power Case was available. I would have prefered to wait and order it with the regular case.
Again, highly and most strongly recommend the razor. I even like the new color. Only issue I have is with the Power Case which will likely sit in a drawer rather than travel with me.

Best shave ever

I have a series 9 9390 which I thought was great and received a series 9 pro,model 9465. This is by far the best razor I ha e ever used. It gives me the best shave of my life abd is very comfortable to handle. This is my 5th Braun and is fantastic should change the shaving world.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money

I've waited quite a while to write this. I bought my Series 9 over a year ago and have yet to get a close shave. I keep my trusty Gillette mach 3 handy for the close shaves. the commercials I seen made me want to try an electric shaver with the once pass close shave even with 7 days growth. Has not worked for me. I contacted customer service and they did send me a new shave head but same result. they told me the proper way to use the series 9 pro and still no good. I wish I had returned for money back when I had the chance. Buyer beware is all I have to say.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best electric razor

Stoped using electric razor years ago because it left my face feeling raw. New Braun is amazingly comfortable and gives a close shave. Combination razor and cleaning station is well worth the price. Great job Braun
