Nicest Electric Razor I’ve ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply really nice. Lots of features, including auto cleaning; fixed vs adjustable head, long and short hair trimmers, sideburn trimmer, travel case, etc. I only gave 4 stars though because I don’t feel like the long hair trimmer works. Nor do I think this electric razor cuts nearly as close as a manual razor. It also leaves a lot of patches, which means it’s takes longer than a manual shaver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great shaver!

Love this shaver! Always been a Gillette guy but my son uses electric so decided to give it a try and I’ve been loving the close shave ever since. Today, for some reason, I used the Gillette for a change and it wasn’t even as close as the 9 Pro. In fact I had to touch up the Gillette shave with the 9 Pro. Very happy
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Braun rechargeable shaver and to date, the best ever. The versatility of being able to either dry or wet shave is so beneficial. The shaver is so smooth and the battery life is incredible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got it but absolutely love it!

So I've only used it twice both times in the shower. One was just on wet skin and it did a good job. The second time I used shaving gel and it's the closest most comfortable shave I' ever gotten period!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a series 9 shaver and I was very surprised to see that the majority of the shaver is now plastic- whereas previously it was metal. I am very disappointed given I osid I paid a lot for this product. This is the last one u will buy

Received for Christmas a few years ago. Kept the product booklet. The cleaner quit working, so I consulted the booklet for trouble shooting. Found that Braun would fix for free if I returned the malfunctioning part. Skeptical, I mailed the cleaner to the listed address. Received an email that they received it and were repairing it. Two weeks later I received the cleaner - it looked brand-new! UNHEARD OF SERVICE in this day and age! Great shaver with close and smooth shave. Highly recommend the series 9 with cleaner.

Great razor, horrible self cleaning

I purchased this razor on July 9th, 2021, today is August 8th, 2021. The red light came on telling me the cleaning solution tray needs to be changed out. Why does Braun claim the cleaning tray last 2 months, when I’m being told by the actual device that it only last 1 month ?
It’s nearly impossible to legally purchase the cleaning cartridges in the United States (Hawaii) where I live. Buying from the internet isn’t possible due to shipping restrictions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

On average, our Cleaning Cartridges do last around 2 months on average, so we're sorry that yours lasted for a month. It may be possible that the drain in your station is clogged and or humidity is causing the solution to evaporate.
