I have a series 7, glad I upgraded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a series 7 for a couple years. I used it for quick shaves between shaves with a blade. It's been great, but the series 9 is another step above. I love the clean and charge system. I have zero regrets about upgrading. And I could see myself using this more often than my straight blade.

Amazing shave!

I never have heard about the series nine before now but i would deffinately buy is over and over again. I actually recommended to all my family members and friends love the way it has a self cleaning mechanism.

What an excellent shaver!

For the first time ever I found an electric shaver that does not give me razor burn and shaves extremely close to the skin. My skin felt fresh and my face was smooth after using the shaver. I highly recommend it it is definitely the best I've ever used.

Hands Down The Best Shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st off, the clean station is better than any other ones I've used before. It is easy to clean and maintain and it doesn't 'fumble' the cleaning solution everywhere easily. The series 9 with the cleaning station alone is worth it because it maintains the shaver properly and keeps it smooth when using it. And for the shaver itself, I waited 3 days to shave and I have serious beard growing abilities in short time, and it slapped that stubble into shape immediately with less glides of previous shavers. I'm not sure if it is the titanium or the Sonic feature but it was amazing. Maintaining is even less glides of the shaver. It is also extra flexible on my neck/under chin/under ears where I have trouble with other razors getting extra closer. I also went another 3 days after using this and I had less stubble. It's hands down the best shaving "system" if you could call it that, I have ever ever used.

Good electric razor but not the closest shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is definitely better than the current rotary electric shaver I use but it still doesn't provide as close a shave as a manual cartridge razor. The razor looks great and is very easy to operate. It is also fun to use, aside from a vibrating sensation that was a bit annoying. The pop up trimmer was helpful but not quite sharp enough. I was not aware of this shaver before using it but I had been aware of and interested in using this type of razor. I was a bit confused how to use and clean it because it was my first time with a foil razor. But I would recommend it to anyone who normally uses an electric razor to shave. I myself would buy it depending on the price because I normally shave first with an electric razor then with a cartridge razor for the closest shave. I was hoping this razor would cut as close as a manual razor so I wouldn't need two steps but it didn't quite cut it.

-Shave before washing your face
-Make sure face is dry before shaving
-Hold shaver at a 90 degree angle
-Stretch the skin and shave against hair growth; change direction as needed

-Clean shaver after every use

AMAZING RAZOR GREAT QUALITY PERFORMS AS DESCRIBED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For having a job that requires you to be clean shaved everyday this a life saver! quality is amazing.
Has great weight in your hand, it doesn't feel like cheap plastic.
Has a trimmer to square up those side burns.
Comes with a nice travel case and cleaning brush.
The charging/cleaning dock is simple to use and isn't an eyesore.
Fast charge but you don't really need it battery lasts about 50 minutes. ( If your an everyday shaver like myself )
The shaver determines what kind of cleaning it needs on the led screen. ( eco, normal, and deep clean)
The cleaning liquid is alcohol based and has lubricant in it as well to keep those blades in check.
Manual cleaning is simple as could be. Just pop off the foil tap it a bit and brush away the excess hair.
You can use it wet or dry by selecting the mode on the shaver.
But most of all I don't have to use a razor blade again or a rotary shaver. If you haven't had the pleasure of using a Braun foil shaver your missing out. I have sensitive skin and the rotaries would just pull and tug becoming a pain. But this shaver gives a quick pleasant experience.
Highly highly recommended!
