I have been using the series 7 and decided to try the series 9 pro. This is the best Braun razor yet. It gives me a smooth clean shave with very little effort. I don’t have any negative issues with this razor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy the S9 Pro

The shaver is OK, not great, but do not buy this top of line. The shaving heads (suggested replacement every couple years) cost more than a mid-priced shaver. After 2 years my battery has died, which requires a trip to a professional. Something half the price would do just as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

Bought the previous Series 9 Wet/Dry and it does great on the side of my face. BUT, neck shaving, forget it. Got to finish up that job with a blade and shaving cream to do it right. Going to go back to my triple header, new model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the Series 9 Pro but the power button broke

The title says it all. Never dropped, mishandled or abused this shaver. The other day the power button fell off and went down the drain. I was able to retrieve it by dismantling the trap.Cleaned it and attempted to reinstall it but it doesn't stay in place. Apparently this is a known problem as there have ben a number of comments about it. Wasn't aware until I started browsing the comment section.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good service, great razor!

I upgraded to Series 9 after using a Braun razor for years. This one worked well until a few weeks ago when the cleaner stopped working. I notified Braun and they emailed me asking for information. Once supplied they sent me a mailing label and instructions about what I should return. It took about 10 days and my razor was returned with a new washer and all cleaned up like new. I have never received such good service from any company.

Lightweight and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is quite good for an electric razor. In the past I always experienced more of a tugging of the hair when I shaved with an electric razor. This put me if of using them for a very long time due to the discomfort. None if that tugging with this product. It glides along my skin and does an excellent job without any pain. It makes me believe in the electric razor again. Very well developed and one of the closest shaves I ever had with an electric razor.

The Ferrari of electric shavers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver is sleek, sharp, and efficient. I am coming from a few year old braun series 7. The new series 9 is an incredible shaver that greatly improves on the older models. The charger and cleaner is great so you are ensured to get the best shave. One con with the charger is that it gets pretty loud while cleaning. In regards to the shaver, the only problem i have is that the trimmer does not seem as good compared to my series 7. The angle is a little different. Might just have to get used to it
