I purchased my NewAir built dual zone wine cooler a year and a half ago. Was very pleased with the functionality and performance until yesterday when the control panel went dark and it stopped cooling completely. I invested over $1,000 in this cooler as I expected it to last and be dependable. I am extremely disappointed that it has failed only after operating for 1 1/2 years.

Refrigerator is not cooling

I initially loved this wine fridge, just the right size for under a small counter top area. Unfortunately after about 1.5 years (Bought in the summer of 2022), the refrigerator no longer cools. The fans work, lights work, front panel works, but the compressor new comes on. Unfortunate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great. Just installed it yesterday. Seems to work well so far. This our second NewAir product. It adjusts to temperature changes quickly.

Nice looking wine fridge.

I bought this wine fridge to replace the dishwasher that I had, the great thing about it is that is compact and holds 46 wine bottles, and black stainless steel is the best color for me, the only thing is that the lower zone Won't go below 50 degrees, so it doesn't feel as cold, but for red wine I guess is ok, also the unit was missing one of the shelves and the bottom grill was dented, we called new air and the representative Shanice was very helpful in getting the replacement parts, but I would recommend A ++++++. Thank you

Fantastic Wine Cooler!

I just unboxed my 46 bottle built-in compressor wine cooler this afternoon and I’m already in love with it! It’s sturdy, sleek and quite. We opted to use it as a stand-alone unit in our living room and it looks fantastic. The blue lights within the unit are a nice touch. Now it’s time to stock up on some wine! :) Highly Recommend!
