I really like this unit. Quite. Good looking. Nice LED lights. Good enough shelves that fit most bottle sizes. Overall great use of space and design. Mine failed after 2 years. I'm not sure if it's worth fixing yet. The cold part is set for 45 but is reading 60. The warm part is set for 55 and holding 55. I could just be me and my luck. I also keep my house warm in the summer (about 77-80), so maybe that stressed the unit.
Pros: Attractive, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great beer cellar storage solution!

We love the ability to use two temperature controlled zones for our "cellar."
Pros: Attractive, Energy Efficient, Precise Temperature, Quiet
Cons: Shelving is less ideal for beer cans/bottles

Attractive, efficient, best for small collections

I received a unit to evaluate and over the course of several months have cycled white, red, sparkling, and sweet wines through it. The experience demonstrated the advantages of having wines handy at perfect serving temperature. I monitored and energy use and temperature to determine it consumes the equivalent of a 40-watt lightbulb, or $30 - $40 per year in electricity. The temperatures held stable in both zones and did not fluctuate much even after leaving the door open to shuffle bottles. The unit's pretty quiet, takes up little space, and stylistically fits into a modern kitchen. As with many wine fridges, large and long bottles are a poor fit. Each shelf is intended to hold eight bottles, but I find they fit six more comfortably, making this functionally a 36-bottle unit. The cooler is best for households seeking to keep about three cases of whites and reds at ideal serving temperature, or for apartment dwellers who need a stable environment to age a small collection of special wines.

before buying I researched thoroughly the market and this one came up as one of the best. Not only is it beautiful, but it is completely quiet, cools my bottles well. I could not be happier with my purchase. Needles to say, the company delivers fastest possible/
