This product fit into our new basement rebuild and looked great with the cabinetry. The dual zones worked as specified and the unit is exceptionally quiet. Customer service was fast and efficient with our warranty request on an electrical issue.

I have bought this product twice (2 different houses)

I bought Newair for my "new" home because it was a great addition in my last home. I have had a couple of issues, but the customer service has been exceptional (would have been a 4* if there had been no issues). I have, and will continue to recommend newair to my friends.

My new wine fridge arrived ahead of schedule, looks great and is very quiet. The shelves are removable making cleaning easy. So far it is keeping an accurate temperature. I like the feature showing the temperature set and actual temperature in each zone. Nice job NewAir!
