Excellent wine refrig

This was our first "real" wine refrigerator and given my husband enjoys white and I enjoy red, we needed a dual zone unit. plus we end up always buying more than we need so a nice sized cooler was helpful. Well, this one not only looked gorgeous but it was very trusty- keeping the white in the 40's and the red in the 50's. and the seal on the door was always tight too. plus I didn't really notice the compressor sound either. So it's definitely a good buy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great until it's not

Worked great until it didn't. The unit itself is nice, well built but the fact that just after a year of ownership I have the unit frosting up & then the temperature sensor also failed due to this frosting. Then getting into it with the online tech on paying for the part. Then to add insult to injury being held hostage for waiving the shipping fee for a good review. I think not. I'm not saying it's a bad unit, just be forewarned of what may happen & be prepared.

Love the unit, long-term reliability a concern

Had this been the first one of these I purchased this would be a five star review. The temperature holding is great, the unit is near silent, nicely made and nice looking, and just works perfectly. Unfortunately my last one failed after about 5 years. However I enjoyed it enough to replace it with the same thing.

Replaced my GE Monogram Cooler with This and ...

I really like the dual zone and light up temperature reading that goes with it. It holds a lot of bottles and fits into my space nicely. The only down side I see is that the wood shelves feel like balsa wood, very dry, like it could snap if I shoved a bottle onto the shelf too hard. I am told that the shelves are replaceable but still, every time I pull out the drawer, I am waiting to hear it crack. I would give it five stars if they changed the shelves.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sensor not working

The product looks great, but after two months the fridge is not cooling. It appears to be a bad sensor. They will provide the part but they want me to install it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
