I liked my cooler very much but all of a sudden it seems to be collapsing to the right. As a result the door does not completely close so you get condensation. Next step is pull it out and probably replace. Not sure what the life span should be or if I can give to someone to rebuild.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could not change doors swing

I was unable to change the direction the door would open. The screws on the bottom were so tight that the stripped and could not be removed.

Our existing wine cooler stopped cooling. Found the NewAir which was the same size and not as expensive as replacing with what we had. It is quiet and looks very nice. The wooden shelfing is sturdy and slides easily. It was easy for us to assemble and fit the space as per specifications.
I would recommend this to a friend!

High quality look and feel

We have had our dual-zone wine cooler for 3 months. It runs quietly, looks great, and performs as promised. The lighting is an extra bonus and the value vs alternatives is remarkable.

We got this wine fridge as part of a kitchen upgrade and it fit our decor beautifully. It worked well for a few months before the compressor went out. This seems to be a trend among wine fridges. Fortunately the customer service has been very responsive in diagnosing the issue and working on a replacement. I'm looking forward to getting it up and running again.

I've had this wine fridge 4 years now and couldn't be happier. The dual climate still works as great as the day I got it. It looks great in my wine bar area of my kitchen. It being very quiet is an added bonus. I can't ever hear it.

I need replacement shelves

I love this frig, it looks great in my kitchen. I have red wine stains on 3 shelves that won't come off. Why on earth don't you sell replacement shelves?
