I've had this wine fridge for about 4 years. It recently stopped being able to regulate temperature. I contacted service and they responded quickly with a solution. I am going to order the recommended part. Hopefully this works!

Nice cellar, however the switch could be on the front panel. The first one broke after 3 months of purchase. They replaced it with a refurbished one. It cost me $100 for sending the broken one back. Will see how it works.

This is the 2nd Wine Frig my first one only lasted about 4 years. I worked with the customer reps on ordering replacement parts but it appeared to be the compressor. I would highly recommend that they offer an extended warranty. I have been very pleased with the new wine frig. It runs very quietly and maintains a constant temp for both levels.

I will never buy this brand again

We purchased this wine refrigerator a few years ago. It randomly stopped cooling. We called Newair and they told us the compressor died. They offered 30% off or a newer model. 1k for a wine refrigerator to last a couple years and but a new one?! Ridiculous. Don't waste your money and go with a reputable company!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
