Love the lights and roomy interior!

I love all room for both red and White bottles in this unit. The added lights are also really nice and gives it a nice cool effect that night.

Loud wine Fridge

The first wine fridge came damage, the 2nd fridge came damaged again but we decided to keep the unit and it's been 3 weeks, makes loud sounds. Not very happy with it at all.

I love this dual zone wine cooler.

We love this wine cooler we have it in our kitchen. It's aesthetically very nice, super quiet. It shows the wine perfectly and And chills it at the perfect temperature. We are very happy with our choice.

Great looking wine fridge for storage and cooling

Have had the unit for less than one week. Here are some observations: Pros: - very quiet - easy to install (replaced a GE Monogram ZDW24) - dual zone cooling seems to work fine. Very handy for pulling chilled wine from fridge - looks great Cons: - not as sturdy as GE Monogram - should consider single zone if using for storage only - instructions are lacking. Here are a couple of features it doesn't mention: 1. Unit came with a "moisture container" to keep moisture in your corks. It looks a lot like the water reservoir that is mentioned in the instructions. The water reservoir is preinstalled. The moisture container may be placed any where in the unit. 2. Unit has levelers that may also be used to raise the unit by approximately 3". To raise the levellers, unscrew them in a clockwise manner (not counter-clockwise)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compressor broke

The compressor seems to have broken and after calling support multiple times, they said the part was on back order. The latest time, they said they don't repair broken compressors and my fridge is now a paper weight. They won't repair or replace since it's not under the one yr warranty.

Great item

Good item holds 48 bottles put white up top and reds on the bottom holds temperature well had a couple issues where the unit had some dents but other than that customer service helped me with that. Would recommend highly

I researched several under-counter coolers and chose this one because the reviews said it was quiet. It is. It looks good too. The carton was missing the two screws to attach the handle and Melissa, the service rep. mailed them that day. Great service.

Perfect Wine Cooler

We recently moved into an older house that had a wet bar with an ancient, non-working ice maker. The space was perfectly filled by this wonderful wine cooler. Two zones for white & red wine. Couldn't be happier.
