Good item holds 48 bottles put white up top and reds on the bottom holds temperature well had a couple issues where the unit had some dents but other than that customer service helped me with that. Would recommend highly

Love this wine cooler

We have had this cooler for almost a year now and we love it. We have had built in ones before but this one is very convenient and holds lots of bottles. We have been using it and love the 2 different temperatures and recommend it highly. You'll love it!!

I purchased the newair AWR-460DB for the duel zone wine cooler capability. The unit keeps my whites perfectly at 40F and Reds at 55F. I had a minor issue with the unit that was immediately addressed and resolved my newair. I highly recommend there products.

NEWAIR quickly replaced unit with small dents

The wine cooler arrived with 2 small dents in the front cover. NEWAIR replaced the unit under the warranty.

Installed new wine cooler and it didn't reach temperature settings so I called customer support. Mark was extremely helpful and diagnosed a faulty temperature sensing unit, which he's immediately having sent to me and which is simple to install. Great service!
I purchased this wine fridge about a year ago, and really like it. The dual zone technology is great, and has performed well. The capacity is also very nice. Great customer service as well from New Air.

Failed after 2 years

I really like this unit. Quite. Good looking. Nice LED lights. Good enough shelves that fit most bottle sizes. Overall great use of space and design. Mine failed after 2 years. I'm not sure if it's worth fixing yet. The cold part is set for 45 but is reading 60. The warm part is set for 55 and holding 55. I could just be me and my luck. I also keep my house warm in the summer (about 77-80), so maybe that stressed the unit.
