I've purchased this unit for the past 3 homes I've owned and have never been dissatisfied. NewAir has great customer service and have addressed any needs immediately as needed. I highly recommend this unit.

VERY NICE AND QUITE COOLER. MY PROBLEM IS THAT IT DOES NOT HOLD CLOSE TO 46 BOTTLES OF REGULAR SIZE WINE BOTTLES MAYBE 34 TO 36 DISSAPOINTING

Great buy!!

I’ve always wanted a wine fridge. Did lots of research and talked to others who have a wine fridge. This fits perfect in my kitchen that is currently being remodeled. The temperature is holding for both zones. The unit is quiet but it is a fridge so it does sound like a regular refrigerator. I am very happy with it.

I was unable to change the direction the door would open. The screws on the bottom were so tight that the stripped and could not be removed.

Door came scratched and crooked. Very quiet however.

Great look with lots of space

Just got this in place and really happy with how it looks. Love the dual zone features. Really good use of space to fit in 46 bottles in a 24" fridge.

Great item

Good item holds 48 bottles put white up top and reds on the bottom holds temperature well had a couple issues where the unit had some dents but other than that customer service helped me with that. Would recommend highly
