Keeps the wine perfectly!

I purchased the newair AWR-460DB for the duel zone wine cooler capability. The unit keeps my whites perfectly at 40F and Reds at 55F.
I had a minor issue with the unit that was immediately addressed and resolved my newair.
I highly recommend there products.

Excellent Looking Unit

We purchased this from a 3rd party after thoroughly vetting reviews on the various brands. The unit looks great, is not loud, and very spacious. Has a very clean, professional look to it. Looks great in our newly built wet bar in the basement.
One con is that the front grill came bent and slightly damaged, but we suspect this occurred during transit since the box was sort of beat up when it arrived. I hope NewAir takes it up with their freight partner. Regardless, the Customer Service Rep I'm working with is replacing the part without issue and free of charge.

Great Wine Refridgerator

We bought the NewAir awr-460db to go with our kitchen remodel. We put it into the butler's pantry and it fits great. It's our first wine fridge and couldn't be happier with it. It fits great, looks awesome and keeps our wine chilled to perfection!

I received a unit as a gift and it is excellent! Perfect size, perfect shelf spacing and very stylish. It had an issue with keeping temperature and new air helped me immediately resolve the issue. Their service department was spot on and followed up immediately. Highly recommend their products!

Love Cold Drinks

Loving my Wine rack.. the black stainless steel looks great matching with my black cabinets and other black stainless steel appliances. Looks like came with my home.. Its so beautiful. Besides the looks love features. loving the dual zone so keeps two different types of drinks cold at two ideal temperatures.. Has a lock so can keep out the young ones so they dont get tipsy... This thing is just the best...
